When I spotted the fabulous Susie of Bargainista Fashionista twirling in her gorgeous Carrie skirt from Whistles, I knew that I had found the sartorial “one”:

I am totally in love with this skirt. What is not to love? Brights? Check! Pleats? Check! Waisted? Check! Midi? Maybe not… but it does come in a midi length version too! Not only that but it has been named after one of my all-time favourite fashionistas. Now, I just have to locate a store near me with my size… Oh, and the £95 to pay for it! Anyone?
